Sec. 81. A person subject to this code who conspires with any other person to commit an offense under this code, if 1 or more of the conspirators does an act to effect the object of the conspiracy, shall be punished as a court-martial directs. History: 1980, Act 523, Eff. Mar. 31, 1981
