Violation; Penalty, Damages for Misrepresentation.

Sec. 6.
Any person or persons who shall sell or offer for sale any liming material in this state without first complying with the provisions of sections 1, 2 and 3 of this act, or who shall attach or cause to be attached to any such package of liming material an analysis stating that it contains a larger percentage of any 1 or more of the constituents or ingredients named in section 1 of this act than it really does contain shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $100.00 for the first offense, and not less than $300.00 for every subsequent offense and the offender shall also be liable for all damages sustained by the purchaser of such liming material on account of such misrepresentation.
