Sec. 9. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided by the laws of this state. History: Add. 1937, Act 322, Eff. Oct. 29, 1937 ;-- CL 1948, 285.39
