Order to Contain Description of Special Assessment District; Designation.

Sec. 153.
Such order of determination shall contain a description of the district to be assessed for benefits in the construction of said drain, either by boundaries or by description of the several tracts or parcels of land to be assessed, which said tracts or parcels and the county, townships, cities, villages and highways therein shall constitute the special assessment district, and which district shall in said order be designated by name or number.
