Sec. 84a. After notice and opportunity for the person to be heard, the commission may cancel, revoke, or suspend the registration of an aircraft if any of the following occur: (a) The commission is satisfied that the registration was fraudulently or erroneously issued. (b) The commission determines that the licensee has made or is making unlawful use of his or her registration certificate. (c) An aircraft has been dismantled or wrecked. (d) A registration certificate other than the 1 issued for that aircraft is knowingly carried within the aircraft. (e) The commission is authorized under any other provision of this act. (f) It is shown by satisfactory evidence that delivery of an aircraft in the possession of a dealer was not made to the applicant registered under this act. History: Add. 1976, Act 191, Imd. Eff.
