Sec. 641. (1) The state highway commissioner may designate any highway or any separate roadway under his jurisdiction for 1-way traffic and shall erect appropriate signs giving notice thereof. (2) Upon a roadway designated and signposted for 1-way traffic a vehicle shall be driven only in the direction designated. (3) A vehicle passing around a rotary traffic island shall be driven only to the right of that island. (4) A person who violates subsection (2) or (3) is responsible for a civil infraction.
