Sec. 403a. As used in section 403, the term "nonresident" shall include any person who was, at the time of the accident or event, a resident of the state of Michigan but who removed from the state before the commencement of the action or proceeding. History: Add. 1957, Act 92, Eff. Sept. 27, 1957
