Sec. 36a. "Owner-operator" means an individual who holds the legal title of a commercial vehicle and who leases the commercial vehicle under a lease or arrangement whereby the individual is employed by the lessee to operate the leased vehicle. History: Add. 1969, Act 309, Imd. Eff. Aug. 14, 1969
