Sec. 23a. "Juvenile adjudication" means either of the following: (a) A finding of juvenile delinquency under chapter 403 of title 18 of the United States code, 18 U.S.C. 5031 to 5040 and 5042. (b) The entry of a judgment or order of disposition by a court of another state that states or is based upon a finding that a juvenile has violated a law of another state, which violation would have been a criminal offense if committed by an adult in that state.
