Sec. 11. A city that issues a permit under this act shall not be liable for any damages that may result from the racing event because of loss or injury to any person or property. After a permit is issued, the state shall not be liable for any damages that may result from the racing event because of loss or injury to any person or property. History: 1981, Act 178, Imd. Eff.
