Sec. 6. Unless the act or practice is otherwise exempt by this act, a person shall not engage in the business or activity of a motor vehicle repair facility unless the person registers the facility with the administrator pursuant to this act. History: 1974, Act 300, Eff. Apr. 1, 1975
