Sec. 12b. "Distressed vehicle transporter" means a person engaged in the business of buying vehicles for sale only to a used vehicle parts dealer or a vehicle scrap metal processing dealer. A distressed vehicle transporter shall not sell major components or other parts for vehicle repair purposes, and shall not dismantle vehicles. History: Add. 1978, Act 507, Eff. July 1, 1979
