Sec. 10. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions of this act or any recitals in any bonds issued under the provisions of this act, all such bonds shall be deemed to be negotiable instruments under the laws of this state. History: 1954, Act 99, Imd. Eff. Apr. 12, 1954
