Sec. 10a. The portion of highway M-10 in Wayne County between highway I-94 and Grand River Avenue shall be known as the "Sergeant Collin Rose Memorial Highway". History: Add. 2018, Act 459, Eff. Mar. 29, 2019 Compiler's Notes: Section 10a, as added by Act 459 of 2018, was compiled as MCL 250.1010a[1], to distinguish it from another section 10a, deriving from Act 190 of 2017 and pertaining to "Deputy Grant Whitaker Memorial Highway."
