Sec. 16. Sections 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14 and 15 of this act shall take effect on July 1, 1965, or when the present state highway commissioner no longer holds his office, whichever occurs first. History: 1964, Act 286, Imd. Eff. June 12, 1964
