Sec. 16. The governor shall report an estimate of revenue foregone from exemptions granted pursuant to section 203 of Act No. 327 of the Public Acts of 1945, as amended, being section 259.203 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. The estimate shall include revenue foregone by any deductions or credits granted under the act. History: 1979, Act 72, Imd. Eff. July 31, 1979
