***** 208.1517 THIS SECTION IS REPEALED BY ACT 90 OF 2019 EFFECTIVE FOR TAX YEARS THAT BEGIN AFTER DECEMBER 31, 2031 ***** Sec. 517. There is appropriated to the department for the 2006-2007 state fiscal year the sum of $1,000,000.00 to begin implementing the requirements of this act. Any portion of this amount under this section that is not expended in the 2006-2007 state fiscal year shall not lapse to the general fund but shall be carried forward in a work project account that is in compliance with section 451a of the management and budget act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1451a, for the following state fiscal year.
