Sec. 67. The department may suspend or revoke a license for failure to comply with the provisions of this act after at least 10 days' notice to the licensee and a conference, if a conference is requested. If the license suspension or revocation is upheld at the conference, the licensee may appeal the determination pursuant to section 22 of 1941 PA 122, MCL 205.22. History: 2000, Act 403, Eff.
