Sec. 10. The department may charge fees, not to exceed the lesser of $500,000.00 adjusted annually, beginning after calendar year 2014, by the consumer price index or up to 2% of the total cost of the energy performance contract project, for any administrative support and resources or other services provided by the department under this section from the governmental units that use its technical support services. A governmental unit may add the costs of these fees to the total cost of an energy performance contract. History: 2012, Act 625, Eff. Mar. 28, 2013
