Sec. 452. (1) The amounts appropriated in a budget act shall be paid out of the state treasury at a time and in a manner as provided by law. (2) Each of the amounts appropriated shall be used solely for the respective purposes stated in the budget act except as otherwise provided by law. History: 1984, Act 431, Eff.
