Sec. 332. The state budget director shall obtain from state agencies and develop comprehensive state information relative to programs, financing, priorities, management, and performance. The state budget director may investigate the activities or examine the records of state agencies to ascertain facts in the administration of this act. History: 1984, Act 431, Eff.
