Sec. 252. The department shall provide current data relative to the use, physical condition, and space availability of facilities. The department may issue directives for the appropriate maintenance, repair, renovation, and renewal of facilities. The department shall provide technical assistance to state agencies in planning and scheduling special maintenance projects. History: 1984, Act 431, Eff.
