Sec. 50. A legislator shall not accept an honorarium. A person who knowingly violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both. History: Add. 1994, Act 385, Eff. Jan. 1, 1995
