***** 168.885 THIS SECTION IS REPEALED BY ACT 74 OF 2024 EFFECTIVE 91 DAYS AFTER ADJOURNMENT OF THE 2024 REGULAR SESSION SINE DIE ***** Sec. 885. The board of state canvassers or any member or representative thereof and the county boards of canvassers shall each have the right to subpoena any inspector of election, county officer or other person to appear before it or him for any purpose as may be desired in connection with the matter of such recount.
