Sec. 833. A petition filed under section 832 shall meet all of the following requirements: (a) Be typed or printed. (b) Allege the facts that made it impossible to cast a vote for the petitioning candidate or for or against the ballot question. (c) Identify the precinct and city or township, and, if applicable, the number of the voting machine or device. (d) Be signed and certified by the candidate or elector.
