Sec. 602. In a county comprising more than 1 representative or senatorial district, the members of the county committee of each political party residing in each such representative or senatorial district of such county shall constitute a committee of said political party for such representative or senatorial district, as the case may be, and such committee shall elect its chairman and other officers.
