Sec. 389. The legislative body of a metropolitan district may submit a ballot question to the metropolitan district electors on a regular election date. The legislative body of the metropolitan district shall file the ballot question with the metropolitan district election coordinator as provided in section 646a(2). History: Add. 2012, Act 586, Imd.
