Michigan Code § 168.18a

"United States Department of Defense Verified Electronic Signature" Defined.

Sec. 18a.
As used in this act, "United States Department of Defense verified electronic signature" means the certificate-based digital identification code issued to qualified personnel by the United States Department of Defense as part of the Common Access Card, or its successor.
