Commission as Public and Governmental Purpose.

Sec. 10.
Each commission, and the carrying out of its authorized purposes under this act, is in all respects a public and governmental purpose for the benefit of the people of this state and for the improvement of their health, safety, welfare, comfort, and security. These purposes are public purposes, and the commission will be performing an essential governmental function in the exercise of the powers provided by this act.
