Sec. 8. If previous to the sale or exchange of any real property in the neighborhood area the legislative body desires to modify the betterment plan, it shall hold a public hearing thereon, notice of such hearing to be given as provided in section 3 of this act. If modification be approved by the local legislative body it shall become a part of the approved betterment plan. History: 1949, Act 208, Eff. Sept. 23, 1949
