Sec. 31. The governing body of a public or private corporation whose property is exempt by law from the special assessments may adopt a resolution to pay the special assessments against the property. If such a resolution is adopted, the special assessments are a valid claim against the corporation. History: 1992, Act 173, Imd. Eff. July 21, 1992
