Sec. 16a. Mobile homes located in a seasonal mobile home park may be occupied on a full-time basis from April 1 to October 31, but shall not be occupied for more than 15 consecutive days in any 30-day period from November 1 to March 31. History: 1987, Act 96, Imd. Eff. July 6, 1987
