Sec. 18. An appeal pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, from a decision of the commission or a board, following an appeal from a decision of a board of appeals or enforcing agency shall be made by a claim of appeal filed with the court of appeals. An appeal pursuant to that act from any other decision of the commission or of a board shall be by petition to review filed with the Ingham county circuit court. History: 1972, Act 230, Eff.
