Sec. 55. The authority shall provide that low income families or persons benefiting under this chapter shall have the same rights, privileges and duties as other residents, except that no member of a cooperative, upon the resale of his membership in the cooperative, shall be reimbursed for any equity increment accumulated as a result of payments under this chapter. The authority shall endeavor to guarantee that knowledge of the special circumstances of such low income families is not divulged to other residents. History: 1966, Act 346, Eff. Mar. 10, 1967
