Sec. 49c. Every notice required under section 49 shall specify all of the following: (a) The names of the mortgagor and of the mortgagee, and the assignee of the mortgage, if any. (b) The date of the mortgage, and when recorded. (c) The amount claimed to be due on the mortgage at the date of the notice. (d) A description of the mortgaged premises, conforming substantially with that contained in the mortgage. (e) The length of the redemption period as determined under section 49j.
