Sec. 11. The board shall: (a) Employ a general manager of the authority. (b) Establish broad policies covering all major operations of the authority. (c) Employ an independent certified public accounting firm to provide annual financial audits. History: 1967, Act 204, Imd. Eff. July 10, 1967
