Sec. 3. The board of public works shall elect each year during the month of January from its own membership, a chairman, a vice-chairman and a secretary, and also at such time shall elect a deputy secretary who may or may not be a member of the board. History: 1957, Act 185, Imd. Eff. June 4, 1957
