Sec. 3. The payment of any claim arising against a municipality under this act shall be governed by the laws, ordinances and/or charter affecting such municipality in respect to the payment of claims. History: 1931, Act 203, Eff. Sept. 18, 1931 ;-- CL 1948, 123.403
