Sec. 19. A tax authorized to be levied by an authority under this act shall be levied and collected at the same time and in the same manner as provided by the general property tax act, 1893 PA 206, MCL 211.1 to 211.155. History: 2008, Act 49, Imd. Eff. Mar. 27, 2008
