Sec. 4. All appropriations and all other funds necessary to carry out the powers and duties of the auditor general with respect to drawing and issuing of warrants and with respect to actions in garnishment shall be transferred to the state treasurer. History: 1959, Act 43, Eff. Mar. 19, 1960
