Section 10F. Whoever violates any provision of sections ten A to ten E1/2, inclusive, or of any rule or regulation made thereunder, shall be punished for a first offence by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars and for a subsequent offence by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.
