Quality and price of light; fixing

Section 68. The commission and any electric light, power or gas company which supplies service to the commission, whether by contract or in accordance with rates established under the provisions of sections ninety-three and ninety-four of chapter one hundred and sixty-four, shall upon complaint of the commission or upon application of the company to the department of telecommunications and energy, have the right to have any question of the quality or price of gas or electricity sold and delivered or of the service rendered determined by said department, and the provisions of sections ninety-three and ninety-four of chapter one hundred and sixty-four shall, as far as applicable, apply to the determination of such questions.
