Separability of Secs. 3A to 3E; effect of unconstitutionality

Section 3F. The provisions of sections three A to three E, inclusive, shall be separable, and if any such provision shall be held to be unconstitutional, such unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions thereof.
