Penalty for illegal obliteration of monuments

Section 11. Whoever violates any provision of the preceding section, or wilfully or maliciously disturbs or injures the monuments or marks aforesaid, shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars or by imprisonment for not more than six months.
