Article 88. Contempt toward officials. A commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress of the United States, the United States Secretary of Defense, the United States Secretary of a military department, the United States Secretary of Homeland Security or the commander-in-chief or the general court shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
