Article 67A. Review by state appellate authority. Decisions of a court-martial shall be considered to be from a trial court of the commonwealth and appeals shall be to the appeals court of the commonwealth. The appellate procedures to be followed shall be those provided by law for the appeal of criminal cases thereto.
