Article 110. Improper hazarding of vessel. (a) A person subject to this code who willfully and wrongfully hazards or suffers to be hazarded any vessel of the armed forces of the United States or of any state military force shall suffer such punishment as a court-martial may direct. (b) A person subject to this code who negligently hazards or suffers to be hazarded any vessel of the armed forces of the United States or of any state military force shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
