Section 32. (a) Each labor organization, union or affiliate seeking to represent employees who are employed at a gaming establishment shall register with the commission. (b) Neither a labor organization, nor its officers who are not otherwise licensed or registered under this chapter, may hold any financial interest in a gaming establishment whose employees are represented by the organization.
