Representation of commissioner of banks

Section 3A. If the commissioner of banks is summoned as a witness in any proceeding involving his official acts, unless the court or tribunal shall otherwise order, it shall be a sufficient compliance if he causes an employee or other assistant in his department having knowledge in the premises to appear.
