Section 32M. Upon the sale or proposed sale of a manufactured home located on a lot in a manufactured housing community and which is not owned by the manufactured housing community licensee, the prospective purchaser and members of his household may not be refused entrance if they meet the current rules of the community. Failure to comply with the provisions of this section shall constitute an unfair or deceptive trade practice under the provisions of section two (a) of chapter ninety-three A.
